Boston diesel oil purifier series are jointly developed by United States pre-filter Boston Co., Ltd and our tianhou group, which was mainly applied to various fishing boats or other equipment powered by diesel fuel engine of low and medium power below 1000HP. This new invention is used for filtering more than 90% harmful impurities for diesel engine; guarantee providing cleaner diesel fuel for your diesel engine, attain the aim of protecting diesel engine and saving oil. This product is different from the existed diesel filter in our market, which can not be installed directly on the diesel engine body. Boston diesel oil purifiers should be installed on the oil supply tube between the oil tank and diesel filter. The equipment has two vats in parallel. Users just connect two barrels to the pipeline in parallel before using it. Please be careful and do not revert the output pipe and input pipe. More careful for the exhaust when use it and replace the filter core the first time, exhaust valve is on the cover of the end vat. 2. Replace filter core: In normal situation, users should replace filter core immediately when the minus pressure alarm apparatus start to alarm or the accumulative operation time has reached 3,000 hours. Two vats in parallel pre-filter couldn’t stop when replacing filter core. 3. The approach to replace filter core： 1) Close input valve, and open the upper cover 2) Open the contamination blocks to discharge polluted oil. 3) Loose the fixed screw on the upper end of the filter core, with oil proof glove, the operator catch hold of the filter core, and take out the old filter core vertically 4) Replace the one core with the new core, place the upper seal mat (the lower with seal mat by itself) and screw down the screw closely. 5) Close contamination valve and place the upper cover (to be careful the seal mat) screw down the bolt closely.
